unitii corp. is a fast growing, dynamic real estate company, located in Calgary, Alberta, specializing in Development, Property Management & Investment. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. We offer a competitive salary along with a benefit package and room to grow with our expanding company.

Position Description:

• Field all leasing communication by phone, email and in person
• Provide all prospects up to date information about available units and all information related to the property
• Perform suite and building showings
• Provide prospects clear information regarding the qualifying and approval process
• Provide information about the application process
• Follow up with prospective tenants after showing to close the rental
• Input all prospect information into YARDI
• Work closely with Regional Managers regarding available units, renovations/ any challenges etc.
• Work closely with the Marketing team ensuring all advertising is correct and effective
• Process applications and lease signings
• Conduct market surveys as requested
• Assist Building Managers and Regional Managers as needed
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Necessary Skills

• Previous marketing/leasing experience an asset
• Previous sales experience an asset - able to negotiate and deal with objections
• Excellent computer skills – including Microsoft products
• Previous YARDI experience and asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Proven time management skills
• Able to take initiative and be aware of trends
• Able to multi-task
• Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
